Club Junkie is a peer-to-peer marketplace. As such, returns are generally not accepted. All sales are considered final.

Returns are accepted only if the item is significantly not as described by the seller.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery if the item is significantly not as described.
How to Request a Return If Club Is Not As Described?
- Contact the seller directly via email.
- Seller’s email is found by tapping “Check Buyer Details” on your Purchased Items page, then “Open PayPal details”.
- Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.
- Allow the seller 3 days to respond.
If the seller does not respond or the response is unsatisfactory, you are protected under PayPal Buyer Protection. You may escalate the issue via the PayPal Resolution Center.
What Happens If a Club Is Damaged or Never Arrives?
If your item is damaged in transit or doesn’t show up, you’re protected.
- Contact the seller via email with order details and supporting images.
- Seller contact info is available under “Check Buyer Details” → “Open PayPal details.”
- Wait 3 days for a response.
- If unresolved, escalate the claim via PayPal Buyer Protection.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
If a return is approved, the seller covers return shipping. If the item matches the description, returns will not be accepted.
Fraud Protection & Buyer Security
All payments on Club Junkie go through PayPal, which includes PayPal Buyer Protection. If you don’t receive your item, or it arrives significantly different than described, you're eligible for a refund directly through PayPal.
