Club Junkie marketplace facilitates used golf club transactions between private individuals, ClubJunkie Marketplace does not directly handle returns or refunds. However, we encourage sellers to provide clear information regarding the condition of their items and to offer returns or refunds through payment platforms such as PayPal. Buyers are advised to review the seller’s return and refund policy before making a purchase. In the event of any disputes, buyers and sellers are encouraged to resolve them amicably.

    Return Best practices

  • Send the seller an email asking for a return and refund. Be clear why you wish to return the club. The email address is available on your PayPal check out page here
  • Give time for the seller to respond. Please wait a minimum of 3 days to expect a response.
  • Remember - the seller is under no obligation to accept a return if the club matches the description so be respectful when asking for a return.

  • Give the seller 3 days to respond
  • If the seller does not respond or responds in an unsatisfactory way, you are covered through PayPal Buyer Protection. You can learn more about your Buyer Protection and access the Resolution Center here
